If the customers choose product online the product catalogue can be very convenient to search and if the customers prefer to go to the physical store they will be welcomed with the utmost warmth and hospitality. The company of Sunning is China is mainly in the line of appliance. And they sell electronics household appliances in the form of franchised retail stores. In addition, the products they sell can be of a wide range including telecommunication products, washing machines, air conditioners etc. Besides the physical products they also offer intangible services such as electronics repair and maintenance. Until now the company has expanded it business to 1311 outlet shops around the country within 231 cities (High-Tech Sunning, 2012). Most impressively it successfully entered the Japanese market later. Even though the business line and main operation between Sunning andArgosare somewhat overlapped there are still many differences in their ways of operating. The major differences are mainly outlined below.

Firstly, the biggest and obvious difference betweenArgosand Sunning is the way they operate the business. After going to the physical store of both companies we can notice that in Sunning the service is mainly provided by the staff since they will introduce the products you chose with oral words and description. Therefore the service in Sunning still exists at the stage of human labor. However, in the operation ofArgosit is mainly conducted in the approach of self-service catalogue. Through researching for information related to the products and service on the screen the consumers can opt for any product they desire for further information (Robin L,& Michael D, 2010). In this way, the consumers can control their own consumption experience with freedom. On the other hand, the use of cutting edge technology is both cost effective as well as time efficient. For instance, if the consumers want to know the specific information about a certain products they only need to find out the number in the catalogue and gain more concrete description of it. Another advantage is that it narrows the limitation of location since the catalogue can be acquired at any store without spending the time to view the physical goods in detail. However, this kind of service does not exist in Sunning’s operation.
