The company would go on a vacation out of town to the valley in the vicinity of the city as the company family day as planned. The project is under the control of a project manager and an effective group of staff who would carry out the specific tasks as appointed. The goal of the project is to offer an opportunity for the company staff and their family members to relax and reduce the pressure of work. What is more, this is an opportunity for the staff members to know more about each other and this would be of benefit for the future development of the company since good communication among the staff members would help solve many problems that should have been avoided if effective communication had been constructed. The company family day would be one-day long and the situation is located in QipanMountain.

2.1    Project objective 项目目标

该项目的最主要的目标就是提高人和人之间的沟通，让他们质检的合作更加默契，可以让他们今后在公司里能有更好的表现，对家庭成员之间的交往也有一定的改善作用。活动的细节和活动的方式，都是我们要设置好的。

The objective of the project would be to enhance the communication among the staff members as well as the family members. What is more, the company family day aims at giving a refreshing time for the staff members in order to give out a better performance when they return to work. In addition, the get-together on a vacation would enhance the cohesiveness of a team which is also beneficial to the future development of the team, according to Hogg, M. A. & Hains, S. C. (1998). Detailed planning including the chosen of position and restaurants as well as the details of the activities is required and practical budget should be evaluated in order to give out the deliverables of the task.

2.2    Deliverables

计划是在度假村附近的一家机构，利用普通的一天，让他们去做很多事情，以家庭聚会的形式来参与，就像上面讨论的那样，让他们参加这次活动，这样可以发挥他们的团队意识和团队的凝聚力，合作力，能够提高他们今后的工作效率和工作能力，特别是团队能力。

The result of the company family day would be positive since the family day would be beneficial in many aspects. The company family day would be in the form of a getting-together in the vicinity of the city on a vacation day. The following consequences and influence, as is discussed in the objective of the project above, would be improving the work efficiency by enhancing the cohesiveness of a team and the communication among team members.

2.3  Milestones

2013/07/01 Exchanges and discussion among the project manager and directors about the content and objective of the project. The form of the company family day is chosen as a vacation out of town into the valley for one-day.

2013/07/02 The directors of the project discuss about the choice of the valley according to the budget, the convenience of transportation, the scenery, the number of people to attend the family day and facilities.

2013/07/03 The directors and the project manager investigate the several selected locations of company family day and make final decision after further discussion about the final choice.

2013/07/04 Book the restaurant and prepare all the needed facilities such as the karaoke bar and the tennis playground.

2013/07/05 Formal inform of the attending staff member and their family members about the location, the time, the transportation, the agenda and other notices.

2013/07/13 Setting out for the destination and spend one day in the valley as planned.

2013/07/14 Summarize and check the budget.

2013/07/15 Discussion about the feelings of the family day among the staff members and the suggestions for future events would be encouraged.

2.4  Technical Requirements

Private cars or a bus would be needed for the purpose of convenient transportation. What is more, in order to ensure the security of the staff members and their family, walkie-talkie is necessary in case the cell phones are out of service in the mountains.

2.5  Limits and Exclusions

The limits of the project would mainly because of the shortage of the length of time. Only one day as the company family day would be not enough to really enhance the communication among staff members and their family members. What is more, as group activity, personal communication and understanding would not be easy and convenient.
