摘要:近年以来,高中英语阅读的教学中教师发现了一种现象,学生在进行英语阅读理解训练时,他们认识全部词汇也能够理解所有的语法结构,但是仍然不理解文章的真正含义。这种现象产生的主要原因是学生不能够了解文化背景知识。实际上,英语阅读是一个跨文化的交际,对目的语的文化背景知识的了解是学生成功地进行英语阅读理解的前提。这几年,我们已经意识到文化背景知识与外语教学之间关系的重要性了。从高中生所掌握文化背景知识的角度来看,在英语阅读教学中加强文化知识传授的重要性,对于阅读教学中存在的问题提供具体的解决方案,让学生得益于跨文化的阅读教学。总之,在高中英语阅读教学中,传授语言知识和阅读技巧的同时,传授文化背景知识已成为一种必然的趋势.

Abstract:Recently, in the process of foreign language teaching in the high school,especially in the teaching of reading,the teachers found that although there are some phenomenons.The students can understand the grammar structure,and know these new words, but they don't understand the deep meaning of the reading materials.The reason that understanding error or comprehension barrier is mainly caused by the lack of cultural background knowledge.English reading is the communication of a cross-cultural.Understanding of the target language cultural background knowledge is the precondition of students successfully for English reading. Introduction
