学校环境是我们每天都要面对的环境，是我们学习和生活不可避免的环境，因此对我们学生的影响很大，甚至影响到我们的个性发展，因此，我们有必要构建好的校园环境。有一个好的校园环境，不就能创造一个好的学习环境，也对我们的生活有很大的好处，有利于学生的身心健康的发张，也有利于老师和学生之间的和谐关系的发展，形成良好和谐的关系。
因此，学校必须彩玉有效的措施，营造良好的校园环境，改善生活设施。努力养成好的生活习惯

The campus environment is where students study and live. Thus, inevitably, it will have great effects on the students' study and even their character developing. So, it is necessary for us to construct the campus environment. For one thing, not only is it conductive to creating a good learning environment, which is beneficial for the students to devote their efforts to the study, but also has good impact on the formation of harmonious relationship between the students and teachers.
As a result, the schools have to take measures to construct the campus environment. First, the school shall increase the input to improve the infrastructure. Second, the students are supposed to strive to form good habits. In addition, the school ought to broaden the channels to build the campus culture. At last, the school shall actively enrich the cultural activities in various ways.
In a word, the students and the schools shall contribute to improving the campus environment. Only in this way, can the campus environment promote the study of the students and the formation of good school climate as well.

There is an increasing trend in the schools to implement the social practice. Although it is a hard job, to some extent, the students benefit a lot from it. First, it can broaden our horizon and enrich our knowledge. Second, it can increase our life experiences. Third, we can meet a lot of friends and strengthen the existing friendship through finishing the same work. Finally, we can apply the knowledge we learn to the actual life.
For instance,I had a part time job in musical instrument shop to teach the children to play zither. Here, I find a lot of people in common interest and make good friends with them.Originally, I am a shy girl. Gradually, I become outgoing. Besides, in the school, I just learn some theoretical knowledge and enjoy the music alone. Here, I share what I learn with those children. In this way, I accumulate my major knowledge and improve professional skills. 
To sum up, social practice is really beneficial to our growth no matter in the study or in our character developing.
